Our 2016 Volvo started making a very expensive noise to the untrained ear. We took some video of the car in the garage while running.Got some “might be this, might get be that” from the dealer. But Euroworx is our go to local shop.I risked driving the the few miles to New Prague when the check engine light came on.Jake looked at the video, looked at the car and eventually surmised it was a pollution control malfunction. I left the car and was driven home by a team member. It was ready late the next day. Jake said they see a lot of Volvos and it’s a fairly common problem.Great team at Euroworx. Veteran owned, clean shop, very competent mechanics, friendly, good people.
Nice, knowledgeable, and straightforward without being pushy or trying to sell you on things you don’t need! A++! We have 2 older European cars with 125k+ miles each, and have had terrible experiences with their respective brand’s local dealership maintenance departments. Jake’s team is awesome. Worth the drive if you’re in the Twin Cities!
I first met Jake when my turbo went last spring~ish, then we discovered an oil leak months but not a year after that, ANNDDD I just picked it up again because one injector decided to keep all the gas for itself and sent nothing to the others🤦♀️there were also other smaller issues too.I have had all these crazy issues with in a year. Oi...Thank God for Jake.He and his crew know what they are doing and are very personable. As long as I own my Mini Coop, they are my go to. Without question:)Thank you Jake and crew!Awww come-on! I posted the above, what, two, three years ago?? You guys were personable, funny, honest, knowledgeable, and definitely easy to work with then, you're just as amazing this time around😎Just keep doing what you're doing, I'm won't go anywhere else, except Jake told me it would be less expensive and probably better to replace my radio at an actual stereo installation business. See.... honest to a fault.Long story short. NOBODY will leave there disappointed...And they have the best pretzels 😆I'll call you tomorrow for the engine light that's part teenager🙄ufda
I was satisfied with the work done on my Audi TT and the recommendations that I was given for future work needed to be done I also appreciated the loaner car for my use
I recently purchased a used Volvo from a dealership in the "cities" and had an issue with the check engine light coming on soon after. I took it to the dealership a few times for some diagnosing and repairs, but after multiple trips the light was still coming on. I'm from New Prague and I had heard about Euroworx from family that still lives in the area. They were able to get me in quickly. After performing one repair the light came on yet again on my way home from the shop. I called them almost in tears and Jake (the owner) talked me down. He made arrangements for someone to pick up my car and deliver a loaner to me. The second time they had the car they had it for about a week and it sounds like they ran every test they could think of on it. They even went so far as to drive it 500 miles after the repair to make sure the light didn't come on again. We made the switch back again last week and things are going great. I think it's been cured! Jake only charged me for the first repair and diagnosis and since it didn't solve the problem the second one was "free" to me. Awesome customer service! You can rest assured I'll be back.
Jake and the techs at Euroworx are always professional and give you options. They keep my daughters 2011 328i on the road and accommodate her busy schedule for servicing. They know what they are doing and I always feel I got a fair shake on repairs….
Euroworx performed all services to my 1985 Mercedes exactly as I had asked and gave me no surprises. They charged exactly what they said they would charge and kept me updated as to what they were learning about my car. I have used them before and will most definitely use them again. I trust them.
Very nice people! Owner worked with me on a special request. Excellent customer service as the lady I spoke to took the VIN number down on the phone exactly how I said it the 1st time. Very impressed! Work seems to be done very well! I will be back! Thanks so much!
Jake and the crew are amazing. Great systems, excellent communication, timely service...I love using this team. And the new shop is awesome. Very happy to see the growth of this family run business.
Always excellent advice, updates and service on my BMW x5 and Mercedes GL 450. Fair honest pricing too. Worth travelling the extra miles to their location out of twin cities .
I had a flat tire on my BMW and drove straight into their parking lot with no appointment. When the tires arrived, they worked late into a very hot day to get my car finished. Quality service! They go the extra mile!
Euroworx always does an AMAZING job working on our vehicles. Their expertise helps identify minor maintenance issues before they become big (expensive) problems. Jake, Brian and the team get our cars serviced and back on the road quickly. Thanks Euroworx!
I have been taking my BMW X5 here for regular maintenance for about 1 year. They are thorough, knowledgeable, fairly priced and a lot more convenient than the dealership. The lobby is spotless and comfortable- highly recommend.
I have been bringing my vehicles to Euroworx since Jake first opened his business. My M5 (BMW) engine had hydrolocked from a faulty injector causing complete failure, Jake and his mechanicsmanaged to install a new engine at significant savings from thedealer estimate. His mechanics are very experienced and make aneffort to make the experience as easy as possible. The fact that Ilive 75+ miles from the shop reflects my confidence in their work.Simply the best experience I have had with any auto repair in my50 some years of driving.J. Johnson
I always like how Jake and everyone at Euroworx take care of me and my 2013 BMW 550ix. They display the same level of service whether the repair is large or small. I always trust their recommendations.
Euroworx was excellent! I brought my car in to have the check engine light diagnosed. Jake and his crew were excellent to work with. Communication was great. There was something that wasn't right on my drive home. I called Jake, and he sent Brian out to look at it to make sure something hadn't come loose and fixed the issue. Brian was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. It is nice to have a shop close to home that can work on my Volvo. I would highly recommend them for any European vehicles.
Everyone we worked with was super friendly and great to work with! My Alfa Romeo was having issues and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Will be using them from now on for all car maintenance!
As usual the staff is friendly and able to squeeze me into their extremely busy workload. Their service is always top notch at very reasonable pricing.
Although this project did not necessarily go in a 'straight line' due to the age (2004), scarcity of parts, and complexity of the DAS (Drive Authorization System - Designed to make the unauthorized use of the vehicle difficult or impossible), I never felt once that my best interests were not being considered at all times.Through pleasant, succinct, and cogent communications I always felt that I knew it was going on.Without telling the entire story, I can only say that Jake and Jen's team went well above and beyond to ensure that my situation was handled expertly. I would say that I was treated in a manner consistent with how he would care for his brother-in-law.I suppose in the interest of thoroughness and balance, I will say this: in their beautiful lobby, they have a soft drink refrigerator with a digital temperature display. While the storage temperature for sodas, soft drinks, or pop largely depends on personal preference, I believe the ideal temperature for soft drinks is 33 degrees Fahrenheit 🙂
Diagnostic was extremely thorough and work performed was top notch and seviced quickly given the complexity of the repair. Vehicle runs great, would highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience with the Euroworx team! I had both service work and car upkeep needed in addition to a diagnostic on my engine coolant system. Jake and his team to the time to determine if my issue was covered by my CPO warranty. It was! On top of that BMW came out to do a mobile repair which saved me another appointment. Each person I dealt with was very helpful. Jen was a life saver as I had forgotten my garage opener and she caught me before I left. I had no other way to get into my house as I just had my wallet with me that day.Thank you all so much!
Shortly after I relocated from Texas to Minnesota my '00 Jaguar Supercharged XJR started to have engine trouble and needed to be repaired. I live in a small town and although there are quite a few auto mechanic shops around, not a single one of them worked on european vehicles or had the diagnostic/programming software that luxury cars require. I searched online and discovered Euroworks Auto's website. I read nothing but positive reviews and decided to give them a call. I spoke directly with the owner, Jake De St. Huber, who quickly dissolved any fears I had about trusting his shop to diagnose and repair my car. He dispatched a tow truck within an hour of our call and notified me personally the next day with the estimated cost for parts & labor. And the time it would take to fully complete the work. They replaced the throttle body, did the wheel alignment, and then fine tuned everything using the Jaguar software program. My car was finished on the date as promised and the final cost was actually lower than the original estimate. I couldn't have been more pleased with Euroworks Auto. I highly recommend this business to anyone needing luxury car service, maintenance, or repairs. The entire staff from start to finish are top notch professionals.Sincerely,L. Taylor
