CASE STUDY

A customer brought Euroworx their Volvo XC90 for an intermittent ABS light. This customer’s vehicle had been serviced by several different shops yet none of the shops were able to diagnose the issue since the problem was intermittent. Euroworx patiently took the time needed to capture and diagnose the issue and found that the steering angle sensor would fail, every so often, when turning the steering wheel. By monitoring the sensor data while driving, we found that the signal would drop out for only a second, causing the ABS light to flash. We were able to replace the steering angle sensor and program it to repair the intermittent ABS light. Not only were we able to diagnose and repair, we did it for a much more reasonable cost than he had been quoted elsewhere.
