Euroworx had a customer bring in his Jaguar F-type for a blower motor that was not operating. Due to the complex electrical systems for this type of HVAC system, the other auto repair technicians he had consulted couldn’t figure out why the blower motor wouldn’t turn on after the vehicle was in a small collision. With our extensive electrical knowledge of European models, we noted that the blower motor was run off a LIN-bus system; also used in many European makes and models such as BMW, Mercedes, and Audi. We were able to perform specific advanced diagnostics on the electrical components related to the HVAC system to discover that the HVAC module had failed internally.
